4. Bet void is an outcome on which the bet is not settled and winnings are not paid out. In accordance with the Regulations, in the event of a "bet cancellation", an agreement between the bookmaker and the customer will be considered as not concluded and the stake will be refunded.

5. Regular time is the duration of the match subject to the regulations of the sport concerned, including the time added by the referee. Regular time does not include overtime, overtime, penalty shootouts, etc.
